HUD Contract Forms

  • Contract Package

    Following the acceptance of a bid, the selling agent can complete the Bid Checklist on HUDHomeStore.com.  Once verified, a DocuSign E-Signature Contract Package will be sent for execution by the Selling Broker, Purchaser(s) and Escrow Officer.

  • Extension Request Form

    Contract extension of time to close request forms can be completed, signed, and
    submitted electronically by the agent by logging into HUDHomeStore.gov.
